Terms of use
Last updated — 5 August 2026
These terms cover the use of this website. Client work is governed by a separate written agreement, not by this page.
Who these terms are with
Montavire Ltd, registered in England and Wales. Company number and registered address to be inserted. By using this site you accept these terms.
Using the site
Use it for its intended purpose. Don’t attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at volume, or use it to send anything unlawful. We may change or withdraw any part of the site without notice.
Our content
The text, design and images on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own reference. You may not republish them commercially without permission.
Enquiries and proposals
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. Discovery is offered without charge and does not oblige either side to proceed. A written proposal is an offer to enter into an agreement on the terms set out in it, and is valid for the period it states. Any project runs under a signed agreement.
Nothing here is advice
The content of this site is general information about what we do. It isn’t technical, legal or financial advice for your situation, and shouldn’t be relied on as if it were.
Liability
This clause in particular needs drafting by a solicitor. We don’t exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we’re not liable for loss arising from use of this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
