Montavire Ltd is the data controller for information collected through this site. Registered company number, registered address and ICO registration number to be inserted.

If you use the contact form we collect your name, company, email address, and whatever you write in the message. If you email us directly we hold that correspondence.

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Amend if you add analytics — that changes the cookie section and may require a consent banner.

To reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to prepare a proposal. The lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and where a contract follows, performance of that contract.

Retention period to confirm. Enquiries that don’t become projects are deleted after a set period. Records relating to client work are kept for as long as we are contractually or legally required to.

Our email and hosting providers, as processors. We do not sell data or share it for marketing. Name the providers and note any transfers outside the UK.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we’ll deal with it within one month. If you’re unhappy with the response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
