Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Services

Montavire Ltd provides technology consultancy services through two distinct business models:

• Full Payment Model: Traditional upfront cash payment
• Split Payment Model: Monthly instalments over 3, 6, 9, or 12 months (12-18% interest)

Discovery Fee

Both business models require a £250 discovery fee covering consultation, project analysis, and proposal creation. This fee is charged upfront and is additional to the project cost for all projects regardless of the chosen business model.

Payment Terms

Full Payment: 60% of project cost + £250 discovery fee upfront, 40% on completion
Split Payment: 60% of project cost + £250 discovery fee upfront, remaining 40% in equal monthly instalments over 3-12 months with 12-18% interest

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We maintain professional indemnity insurance and follow industry best practices for all project deliveries.
